These Terms of Service govern your use of BeatMusic (beatmusic.ai). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

1. About BeatMusic

BeatMusic is an AI-powered music creation platform. We provide tools for generating music, separating vocals, creating covers, remixing tracks, and more. Our AI is powerful but not perfect — results may vary, and we're always improving.

2. Your Account

Registration

You need an account for most features. Sign up is free. You can use email or sign in with Google.

Your Responsibilities

Keep your password safe and don't share your login
Use real information when signing up
Don't create multiple accounts to get extra free credits
You're responsible for all activity under your account
Report unauthorized access immediately to support@beatmusic.ai

3. Acceptable Use

You May

Create music for personal and commercial use (based on your plan)
Share your creations on social media and other platforms
Use generated music in videos, podcasts, games, and other projects
Download and store your generated content

You May Not

Upload copyrighted music you don't have rights to
Create content promoting hate, violence, or illegal activity
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit our systems
Use bots or automated tools to abuse the service
Impersonate other people or entities
Resell access to BeatMusic or our API without permission

Fair Use

Even on paid plans, we enforce fair use limits. If usage patterns suggest abuse (e.g., thousands of generations per day via automation), we may throttle or suspend access. Our goal is keeping the service fast and fair for everyone.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Uploads

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant BeatMusic a limited license to process it through our AI systems as needed to provide the service.

Generated Music

Music you create with BeatMusic belongs to you, subject to your plan:

Free Users: Personal, non-commercial use only. You may listen, share with friends, and post on social media, but you may not sell or use in commercial projects.
Paid Subscribers (Starter, Pro, and above): Full commercial rights included. You may use generated music in commercial projects, sell it, and monetize content made with it. A downloadable license certificate is available for each track.

BeatMusic Content

Our website, AI technology, logos, and brand materials are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them.

AI Improvement

We may use anonymized, aggregated data from generations to improve our AI models. We never share your personal creations publicly without your permission.

5. Pricing and Payments

Free Tier

Everyone gets free credits to start. Use them to try our tools before subscribing.

Subscription Plans

We offer monthly and yearly plans:

Starter: For beginners and casual creators
Pro: For serious musicians and content creators (includes tiers: Pro, Hobbyist, Expert)

Prices are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. See our Pricing page for current rates.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and PayPal through our secure payment processors (Stripe, PayPal).

Price Changes

We may adjust prices. Active subscribers keep their current price until renewal. We'll notify you of changes before they take effect.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we'll retry and notify you. After multiple failures, your subscription may be paused until payment is resolved.

7. Service Availability

We work hard to keep BeatMusic running 24/7, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need downtime for maintenance or updates. We'll try to schedule these during off-peak hours.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We'll communicate significant changes in advance when possible.

8. Copyright and DMCA

Respect for Copyright

BeatMusic respects intellectual property rights. We expect our users to do the same.

Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on BeatMusic infringes your copyright, contact us at support@beatmusic.ai with:

Identification of the copyrighted work
Identification of the allegedly infringing content
Your contact information
A statement of good faith belief
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

We will investigate and take appropriate action, including removing infringing content.

9. Limitation of Liability

BeatMusic is provided "as is." We are not responsible for:

Lost profits, revenue, or data
Issues caused by how you use generated music
Third-party service failures
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold BeatMusic harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, including uploading copyrighted content or misusing generated music.

11. Account Termination

By You

Cancel your subscription anytime from Account Settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

Violate these terms
Fail to pay
Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Governing Law: These terms are governed by applicable law where BeatMusic operates.
Entire Agreement: These terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy constitute the complete agreement between you and BeatMusic.
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right.
